Hi, I'm Cameron.
I'm a therapist who helps people with relationship anxiety and ROCD.
For this course, think of me as your guide.
I started this journey by dealing with my own relationship anxiety. After I recovered, I set out to help other people find the same peace and confidence that I feel now.
I've walked this path with many people. I've seen the patterns that keep people stuck, as well as the steps that set people free.
You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Let me share with you what I've learned to help you recover too.
Think course gives you the tools needed to find peace from ROCD.
By taking the course, you will learn how to:
Stop doing compulsions like confessing and seeking reassurance
Reconnect to courage, since courage is the antidote to fear
Do self-led ERP
Find peace by unhooking from intrusive thoughts
Connect to your values, which help you make choices that aren't just fear-based
Choose for yourself whether to stay in or leave your relationship
Skillfully handle any future setbacks
My biggest goal for you is that you discover that you can face scary things when something on the other side matters to you. Giving love a chance isn't easy, but it really really matters. Let me help you learn how.
While you don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from this course, you'll have many more opportunities to put the course into practice if you're in a relationship or dating someone.
For the purposes of this course, I use "relationship anxiety" and "ROCD" to mean the same thing. Both point to a pattern of persistent doubt and fear around the rightness of a partner or relationship. Both involve fear of making a mistake. Both involve a lot of rigid thinking. And both require the same set of tools to overcome.
“I highly recommend this course for anyone struggling with relationship anxiety. Cameron has a gift for breaking down complex concepts into digestible pieces. His tone throughout the course is that of a wise and friendly guide. The perspectives, skills, and tools offered come from a potent combination of personal + professional experience. If learning to better manage relationship anxiety is your goal, look no further!”
A powerful, pragmatic course that will help you relate more wisely with your significant other. Through a set of audio teachings, readings, and worksheets, you'll learn to calm unnecessary anxious thoughts and emotions quickly. Cameron is a highly skilled psychotherapist with years of experience guiding clients past ROCD. The course offers a lifetime of wisdom in a compact format, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to be set free to love more fully again.
I can't think of a better resource for people struggling with relationship anxiety or relationship OCD. I have referred this course to many clients and all have benefited from it. Don't waste time with random online articles - choose this course instead. The insights, practical strategies, and compassionate guidance offered by this course are substantial and effective. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
To my knowledge, this is the only online course that uses ERP and ACT to help people find peace from relationship anxiety and ROCD.
This course is led by a fully licensed therapist. Other ROCD courses are led by coaches. While coaches can be very skilled and helpful, they don’t have the extensive training that therapists do.
This course is grounded in evidence-based strategies that we know from research are helpful for many people.
This course has been reviewed and vetted by other licensed therapists.
No matter how scared, confused, or hopeless you feel, I want you to know that you too can find peace and confidence.
We look forward to seeing you in the course!

The bottom line is this: When you overcome relationship anxiety and ROCD, you’ll feel less confused and more like yourself again. You’ll be clearer about what matters to you and confident in your ability to handle uncertainty. And you'll be able to have a great relationship AND hold on to it.
Sure, you could spend months scouring the internet and figure it out for yourself…
Sure, you could try a random therapist and cross your fingers in hopes that they know how to work with relationship anxiety...
Or you could just take advantage of this course, where I've collected the most useful tools, skills, ideas, handouts, worksheets, and graphics - all to save you time.
Relationship anxiety and ROCD normally don't go away on their own.
They can follow you from relationship to relationship to relationship.
I'm open about having struggled with relationship anxiety myself for over a decade.
Why did it take me a decade to recover?
Because for the first 9.8 years I didn’t have the right approach.
I didn’t have the tools and skills needed to face my fears and handle uncertainty.
No one showed me the winning mindset needed to make a relationship work as an anxious person.
There were so many things I needed but didn't get.
And that's why I created this course - so you can overcome this struggle and get back to your life ASAP.
